1) Major: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Polymer Materials, Petrochemicals, and other organic chemistry majors with a good English foundation.
2) Work Experience: Experience in industrial coating R&D, R&D and preparation of various resins (polyurethane, polyurea, polyester, amino resin, etc.),
R&D and preparation of water-based/oil-based epoxy curing agents, and work experience in large-scale domestic and foreign industrial coatings.
Professionals with relevant experience are preferred.
3) Personality Requirements: Law-abiding, good moral character, expertise, loyalty and unity, diligence and dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility!
